PT Pupuk Kalimantan Timur merupakan anak perusahaan Pupuk Indonesia yang bergerak di bidang produksi pupuk dan amonia. Hingga akhir 2021, PKT mengoperasikan enam pabrik produksi di Bontang serta kantor perwakilan di Balikpapan dan Jakarta.
Saat ini, Pupuk Kaltim memiliki lima pabrik pupuk urea dengan total kapasitas produksi 3,43 juta ton per tahun, serta lima pabrik amonia dengan kapasitas 2,98 juta ton per tahun.
